Submission of Complaints & Grievances

South Shield International Company for Safety and Security LTD (SSI) welcomes concerns or complaints from employees, contractors, clients, suppliers, local communities, members of the public, and any other person affected by our activities.

Complaints may relate to personnel conduct, workplace matters, health and safety, human rights, use of force, unethical behavior, or any other concern related to SSI’s operations.

Anonymous & Confidential Reporting

You may submit a complaint anonymously. Providing your name and email address is optional and is not required to submit a complaint.

All complaints will be treated seriously and handled fairly and confidentially. SSI does not tolerate retaliation, intimidation, or discrimination against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.

Where appropriate, complaints will be reviewed and investigated, with corrective action taken when required.

SSI maintains this grievance mechanism in support of the International Code of Conduct for Private Security Service Providers, ICoCA principles, ANSI/ASIS PSC.1-2022, ISO 18788:2015, applicable Iraqi law, and SSI’s internal policies and procedures.
